  • All sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at contact@stoptheloop.com immediately upon receipt to arrange for a replacement.

    If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly exchange the item for the same product, subject to availability. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when received, original packaging must be intact, and proof of purchase is required. Once the exchange is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

  • Shipping varies depending on location, but standard shipping should be between 3-7 business days.

  • Stop the Loop currently ships to the U.S. and Canada, so if you placed an order from outside these areas, we are probably freaking out trying to figure out how to get it to you. But we hope to expand our shipping to more countries soon!

  • Machine wash your hoodie or sweatpants in cold water. Avoid using bleach and do not tumble dry. If ironing is necessary, use a cool iron setting, but do not iron directly over any prints. Additionally, refrain from dry cleaning the garment. These steps are essential for maintaining the quality and longevity of the item.

  • If you would like to order more than one Loop Letter, you will have to check out separately for each one. However, if you are interested in ordering a large sum of Loop Letters, such as for corporate gifting, please reach out to contact@stoptheloop.com with your request.
